It's 3:52 am, and I've just spent most of the night reading Still Alice by Lisa Genova. I read the first 45 pages late last night, and then picked it up to read a few more pages before bed tonight. I tried to put it down and go to sleep several hours ago, but I lay there thinking about it so much I just had to get up and finish it. It's a story about a woman who gets diagnosed with Alzheimer's, but it touches on so much about life, family, who we are as individuals, seemingly without any effort whatsoever. It's engaging, moving, uplifting - You just have to read it.
